 Kordels Joint Food

Kordel's Joint Food is specially formulated to provide nutritional support for bones, healthy joints, ligaments and cartilage.

Kordel's Joint Food helps to reduce inflammation and pain. Aids in the formation of connective tissue including collagen and cartilage.

For people suffering from arthritis, having tendon problems, with cartilage injuries, Kordel's Joint Food can help.

Each 100mg Capsule Contains:

  • Glucosamine Sulphate 250mg
  • Chondroitin Sulphate 200mg
  • Citrus Bioflavonoids 50mg
  • Maganese 1mg
  • Copper 166ug
  • Zinc 2mg
  • Selenium 15ug
  • Ester C 50mg
  • Bromelian 50mg

A common cause of joint pain, decreased mobility and tendon problems is related to a deficiency of glucosamine sulphate and chondrotin sulphate. Kordel's Joint Food contains these two substances at an effective ratio with other essential nutrients. An ideal supplement for joints and cartilage regeneration.

Kordel’s Joint Food takes the two nutrients ... Glucosamine & Chondroitin and combines them with other important nutrients to maintain healthy joints, bones and cartilage.

Glucosamine

Glucosamine is a natural substance formed in the body. Found largely in the cartilage, Glucosamine is an important factor in the structure of bone, skin, nails, hair and body tissues. It is essential for healthy cartilage ... to help maintain healthy joints and pain-free mobility.

Numerous double blind studies have shown that Glucosamine produces better results in the treatment of osteoarthritis than traditional drug therapy. The main function of glucosamine is to stimulate the manufacture of substances necessary for joint repair. It appears that some people lack the ability to manufacture glucosamine and this has been suggested as one of the major factors leading to the development of osteoarthritis. European researchers were the first to study the link between glucosamine levels and osteoarthritis.

Glucosamine is a well tolerated, natural treatment for osteoarthritis and its symptoms. There have been no reported adverse reactions. In rare instances, some gastric discomfort was reported but was easily relieved by taking the supplement with food.

Chondroitin … The Other Vital Compound

The cartilage in the joints act as a spongy ‘shock absorber’- to do this they need special substances to attract fluid. Chondroitin is another natural substance, made in the body which attracts fluid into the cartilage like a liquid magnet. In this way Chondroitin protects cartilage from breakdown and also stimulates the synthesis of new cartilage, important for healthy joints.

In a sixth-month-long, double-blind study, chondroitin sulfate had longer- lasting benefits than nonsteroidal, anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). In this randomized test, 146 patients with knee osteo-arthritis were given either drugs, a placebo or chondroitin sulfate for six months. Research showed that although those on NSAIDs had prompt pain reduction, the pain returned at the end of treatment, while those on chondroitin sulfate responded slower but for a longer period of time, up to three months after the treatment was over.

Chondroitin sulfate acts like a bunch of magnets attracting fluid into proteoglycan molecules. This is important to your body for two main reasons:

  1. this fluid sweeps nutrients into your cartilage and
  2. the fluid acts as a spongy shock absorber.

Chondroitin can protect your existing cartilage from a premature degeneration or breakdown. It does this by blocking certain cartilage destroying enzymes and enzymes that prevent transporting of nutrients.

Chodroitin sulfates have been found effective for people suffering from osteoarthritis. Glucosamine or chodroitin can work synergistically when taken together to stimulate cartilage production and to help control cartilage damaging enzymes. Your body can heal itself by using both of these supplements. The glucosamine and chondroitin combination is a powerful "natural" weapon against osteoarthritis.

Kordel’s Joint Food takes the nutrients ... Glucosamine & Chondroitin ... and combines them with other important nutrients to maintain healthy joints, bones and cartilage! The formula also includes ....

  • Vitamin C ... and Ester C ... the most advanced form of Vitamin C. It is an important nutrient needed for collagen and healthy cartilage. Ester C is also an important antioxidant which protects cells from free radical damage
  • Zinc ... helps reduce inflammation. Zinc is also a powerful antioxidant
  • Maganese ... important for healthy bones, their growth and repair
  • Selenium ... generally missing from New Zealand soils and from our diets, Selenium is a powerful antioxidant
  • Citrus Bioflavonoids ... help protect the actions of Vitamin C and have powerful free radical scavenging properties too
  • Copper ... helps reduce tissue damage and inflammation
  • Bromelain ... helps relieve inflammation and pain in the joints to help improve mobility

Kordel’s Joint Food can also be used in conjunction with anti-inflammatory effects of Kordel’s Mobilease which helps to reduce joint swelling and pain. These two products work together to help improve joint health and mobility.
