We have multiple sites that are mirrored with each other and the products are advertised in either EURO, or USD or GBP. This gives the customer the flexibility to choose their preferred currency that they would like to be charged in. You will be charged exactly what your online invoice states. It saves in International exchange rate conversion fees and alleviates differences in daily fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

Order your medications with at least 4 weeks in reserve. Sometimes delivery can take longer than the norm and we can't preempt when this may happen (public holidays exempt). As a notice in the IRD stated: "An emergency on your behalf does not constitute an emergency on our behalf". Although we accommodate urgent requests, we will not be held responsible for you running out of medications because you aren't organized and then contacting us to blame us for our "slack service" as the order hasn't arrived in the "normal time". Be aware that delivery times are up to 14 days (4 weeks for Europe), that your order may be detained in customs for up to another 14 days or pending VAT charges.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders from those who prove to be continually unreasonable.

You only pay for the cost of the products ordered. When your parcel arrives the postal service will require you to sign for the goods. If you are not home at the time of delivery a notice will be left with instructions on where to collect your parcel. Alternately, we can ship to a work address.

The tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

Shipping is chargable to these countries below. If your address is one of these countries, we will calculate and advise you the courier costs for your acceptance after you have placed your order.

Delivery Times

Shipping using regular airmail takes between 7-14 days except for Europe which takes 2-4 weeks.

Please be aware that if customs hold your order pending import duties and taxed that they could hold your order for up to 14 days prior to contacting you.


It's been 14 days and my order hasn't arrived yet

  1. We use regular airmail to ship our products and the post office to deliver our orders. Sometimes delivery can take longer than 14 days as we are subject to delivery delays due to public holidays, worldwide events etc.
  2. Customs may have your order. It is not unusual for customs to hold the order for up to 2 weeks prior to contacting you.

If your order hasn't arrived within the standard 14 day delivery time (3 weeks for Europe); please allow an additional 7 days for delivery PRIOR to contacting us to establish if your order is simply delayed with delivery; held at customs or indeed lost.

We will reship or refund for any order provided we are contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date. No reshipments or refunds will be accepted if reported to us after 8 weeks.


Reshipments

We are happy to replace any order that has not been delivered but on the following conditions:

  1. 21 days has elapsed since the ship date (4 weeks for Europe)
  2. the shipping address provided to us is correct

If you have provided an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement order. When/if the original order is returned to us we will contact you with the refund details. The refund may take some months as the "return" postage has not been paid.

We will reship or refund for any order provided we are contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date. No reshipments or refunds will be accepted if reported to us after 8 weeks.


Spam Blockers and Email Confirmations

If you do not receive a confirmation shortly, please check your spam, bulk or junk mail folders. If you find your email there, your ISP or your spam-blocker or filter software is diverting our email.

Check our list below if you do not already know how to remedy the issue with spam, bulk, or junk mail folders.

ISPs

Some email providers filter messages based on content, subject line or the sender address and may put your email in to a bulk or junk mail folder. Please make sure customerservices@inhousepharmacy.com is in your "approved sender" list or "whitelist" and/or in your "address book." Occasionally an ISP will institute mail controls that block your email completely without your knowledge. We often do not even receive notice of such a block. The only solution to this problem is for you to be aware what triggers your ISPs' blockage and make sure they understand you want to receive our email.

Spam Blockers/Filters and Email Software

If you have recently installed new email software or a new program to help defeat spam, make sure you check the settings. The "defaults" are often much more restrictive than you might wish. Please see our very general suggestions to get you started.

Checking for lost email

AOL Users

Please check your "Spam Folder". If you find our email there, select the confirmation message and click "This is Not Spam." This will help future messages get through. To avoid accidentally filtering our future messages:

  1. Click Mail in the toolbar at the top of your AOL window
  2. Select Block Unwanted Mail
  3. Click Custom Sender List
  4. Select Allow only the senders and domains listed below
  5. Enter this sender customerservices@inhousepharmacy.com
  6. Click Add

Yahoo Users

Please check your "Junk email" folder. If you find our email there, select the confirmation message and click "Not Junk." This will help future messages to get through.

Gmail Users

Please check your "Spam" folder. If you find our email there, select the confirmation message and click "Not Spam." This will help future messages to get through.

Outlook 2003 Users

  1. Select Actions from the top menu bar, then select Junk email followed by Junk email Options.
  2. Select Safe Senders, then Add.
  3. Type customerservices@inhousepharmacy.com and click OK.
  4. Click OK

Customs Duties and Taxes/Credit Card Fees

Our statement "there are no hidden costs" refers to our company policy and refers only to our websites.

Paying for customs duties/taxes for importing medications and additional credit card fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. The company will not be made responsible for paying these taxes and fees incurred by your own government and bank.

If you are not sure if you will be charged for duty or VAT, please contact your local customs agent and enquire PRIOR to placing an order. Please do not contact us about VAT charges as we don't know. If you do not want to pay for VAT or customs duty, PLEASE DON'T PLACE AN ORDER.


US Customers

There is no duty payable or VAT.


UK Customers - UK HM Customs and VAT

From JUNE 2005, UK residents importing goods into the UK will be charged VAT by UK HM Customs and Excise and a service fee of £8.00 by the Royal Mail to collect the VAT.

As you know, we are based off shore, we are not based within the UK as it is illegal to supply or purchase any prescription medication within the UK without producing a valid doctor's prescription. However UK customs will accept the importation of medications - without requiring a doctor's prescription - as long as import VAT charges are paid. Therefore UK customs will charge the customer VAT accordingly.

There is no duty payable only VAT

The HM Customs and Revenue website contains more information under "internet shopping for UK residents".

VAT charges and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer; they will not be paid for by the company. VAT notices warning UK customers have been placed on the website since JUNE 25, 2005: under each product listing, shopping cart and check out.

Although we acknowledge that paying VAT is a new development for the UK, it is common practice for other customers residing elsewhere in the world to pay VAT for ordering a product from overseas.


Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express.

If your credit card starts with the number six (6xxx) we cannot process the credit card.


Security Code

Your Card Security code is a three or four digit number. For Visa and Mastercard it is the last three digits printed on the paper signature strip on the back of the card.

You will need to enter a valid security code so that your order will be processed.


Refunds

We will refund for any product as long as the product can be resold. The products need to be unused, unopened, with an expiry date of more than 6 months.

Authenticity and Quality of Products

We purchase either directly from the manufacturer or from our pharmaceutical wholesaler. All medications listed are the authentic brand names unless otherwise stated eg generics and all our medications are shipped using the original packaging with safety seals and registered trademarks.

We do not ever repackage the products unless the product is sold in blister strips (but we list this).

The only differences that a customer may perceive is that the packaging may be different compared to what they are used to. This is due to where in the world the medication is manufactured; US manufactured products may be packaged in bottles compared to UK packaged product in blister strips and a box.

Every product has a product image included on the website so you will know what to expect on delivery.

Please be assured that the products are of the highest quality purchased from reputable sources.


Q: Do I need to forward a doctor's prescription to supply me with the medications I want to buy?
A: No a prescription is not required to supply any of the medications listed on the website. Most countries worldwide accept the importation of prescription medications into the country. You can import up to a three months supply for personal use. However, be aware that you may have to pay duty and associated levies once the order arrives in your country. See customs duties and taxes.
 
Q: Will my goods be shipped in a discreet package?
A: Yes! All goods are packaged discreetly. The items cannot be identified from the packaging. We do not include company logo's etc on the outside of the package.
 
Q: What do you declare the products as?
A: On the customs declaration sticker, the products are declared as "health products".

We do our best to minimize duty and additional fees, however, for legal reasons and insurance reasons, we are unable to misrepresent the customs declaration, nor undervalue the cost of the order.
 
Q: What if I need to cancel the order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you want any part of the order or the whole order changed or cancelled.

NOTE: We process and ship orders daily so please be prompt. We have direct free phones available so please call us to ensure that the changes can be completed. Our contact telephone numbers are listed under about us.
 
Q: Are you able to supply products not listed on the website?
A: Your enquiry is welcome. Please provide the brand name and concentration; drug name and a generic name it may be listed under if at all possible. Checking availability will take several days as we often need to cross reference drug names as often they are marketed under different names worldwide.

We will not supply any medication that is controlled or restricted in any way.
 
Q: Does your company offer medical advice?
A: NO! We are not a medical center nor are we medically qualified. We will not advise or recommend. The information listed on the website is to be used as general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical services or advice.The onus is placed on the customer to be responsible for their own health issues. Please seek the advice of a medical professional if you have any questions regarding suitability etc PRIOR to placing an order.
 
Q: How do I place an order?
A: We accept orders via telephone, fax, email or online. For online ordering, please follow these instructions:

To select goods you can click on the "add to cart" button. This will add the goods to your shopping cart. After you have selected the goods you wish to order you can place your order by proceeding to the checkout by clicking the "checkout on-line" button.

Once you choose to checkout then you will be asked for you delivery address and payment details.

You will then be updated with a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
